Swiss Re launches new digital claims management system improving efficiency gains for primary insurers up to 80%

Swiss Re has just launched a new end-to-end digital claims management solution for primary insurers that will improve turnaround times, reduce costs and improve accuracy, all while enhancing the overall claims experience for clients.

 

This solution helps insurers streamline the entire claims process, connecting Swiss Re’s award-winning digital claims portal and state-of-the-art automated rules engine with a newly developed claims administration system that seamlessly integrates workflow, analytics, and intelligent document processing under one platform.
