Joann Mattson
Director of Insurance Operations
Joann Mattson is Director of Insurance Operations for American Century Life Insurance Company of Allen, TX. In this role she manages the daily insurance operation activities of the company. Prior to joining American Century Life in 2023, Joann was Vice President of Strategy and Business Consulting for Highland Capital Brokerage in Birmingham, AL, where she consulted on and managed various projects with an eye toward executing on Highland’s strategic initiatives. Before Highland, Joann was a founding partner of Four Seasons Financial Group in Marlton, NJ, a national distributor of annuities and life insurance in financial institutions. Prior to her tenure with Four Seasons, Joann spent 10 years with the Reliance Group of insurance companies in Philadelphia, primarily with United Pacific Life, a provider who distributed annuities largely through financial institutions.
